    Shipping & returns

    Thank you for shopping at the Pet Show Store. Whether online or in store, we work hard to make your shopping experience enjoyable, and pride ourselves on delivering the best possible customer service. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we offer a full refund or replacement. 

    When placing your order please ensure you check it carefully to ensure details such as sizing, colour and type of product are correct. The cost of returning incorrrectly ordered goods is at the expense of the customer, and thus not covered by Pet Show Store.

    Issues with your Order

    The Pet Show Store team work hard to ensure all orders are dispatched to you as quickly and accurately as possible. If you are not happy with your order please do not hesitate to contact our team through in order to rectify any issues.

    In the case of the unlikely event you have received a faulty or damaged product, an in-depth investigation will take place on our part, once the product is in our possession. Investigation process may take take up to 7 working days. You will receive proper feedback once the investigation process has been completed.


    If you wish to cancel your order and your item has already been dispatched, please ensure you return your purchase to us in its original packaging within 5 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the returned item, your order will be refunded excluding postage costs. All shipping costs to return a cancelled order are at the cost of the customer.

    Please note that we will not refund any product which has not been returned to us on its original state. We are unable to offer a refund on personalised goods (such as pet id tags) unless they are faulty. We will not refund any edible products which have been opened, even if they were sent by mistake. Any returns concerning anything edible must be made within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return and thus not to refund.
